Our Purpose

Alpha Alpha Lambda Community Development, Inc., is organized exclusively for charitable and education purposes. The purpose of this corporation is to educate the public at large on issues pertaining to public education, health and wellness, affordable housing, community empowerment, and youth development. We also intend to increase public awareness of social and political issues; and to support efforts to improve the opportunities afforded to people of color in all spheres of life.

Our Commitment to Scholarship, Community Service, and Economic Empowerment

Alpha Alpha Lambda Community Development, Inc., also known as The Alpha Community Center is a community development corporation formed in 2017 to enhance, expand and improve the ability of the brothers of Alpha Alpha Lambda Chapter to provide community services in the city of Newark and surrounding communities through our philanthropic community center based on our programs that promote education, voter registration, youth mentorship and economic empowerment.
